• Ensuring access to personnel and tools as agreed
• Meeting payment terms as outlined in contracts

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, tools, and processes remain the intellectual property of Beksi Consulting unless explicitly transferred in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during any engagement.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur penalties or service interruption.

7. Limitation of Liability

Beksi Consulting shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if terms are violated or as deemed necessary for compliance or business integrity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
