Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Beksi Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting and support services tailored to our clients’ needs. Due to the nature of our services, all payments made to Beksi Consulting Company Limited are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:
• Initial consultations and assessments
• Strategic planning and business analysis sessions
• Project setup, documentation, and proposal drafting
• Any hours already worked or delivered partially
• Remote/technical support time already booked or rendered

3. Cancellation by the Client

If a client cancels a project or service after engagement has begun:
• No refunds will be issued for work already completed
• Remaining unused service hours may be rescheduled or credited at our discretion
• Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to: info@beksiconsulting.com

4. Cancellation by Beksi Consulting

In the rare event that Beksi Consulting must cancel or discontinue a service for internal reasons:
• A partial refund or service credit may be offered, based on work not yet performed
• Refunds, if any, will be processed within 30 business days of notification.

5. Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to communicate any concerns immediately. Our team will work to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Refunds will only be considered in cases where:
• A documented service failure occurred, and
• Beksi Consulting was given the opportunity to correct it but failed to do so

All disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the event in question.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to deliver services due to events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, political unrest, or illness). No refunds are applicable in such cases.
